ANNUAL SPECIAL REPORT 2017 (Article 23 of the Optional Protocol to the Convention Against Torture and other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment of the General Assembly of the United Nations (OPCAT), ratified by Law 4228/2014) ■ This report reflects the activities of the Greek Ombudsman in 2017, in its capacity as the National Torture Preventive Mechanism, in accordance with its competence under Article 2, Law 4228/2014.
