CAT/C/GBR/CO/5 39. The State party is invited to submit its next report, which will be the sixth periodic report, by 31 May 2017. The Committee invites the State party to agree, by 31 May 2014, to follow the optional reporting procedure in preparing its report. Under this procedure, the Committee would send the State party a list of issues prior to submission of the periodic report and the State party’s replies to the list of issues would constitute, under article 19 of the Convention, its next periodic report. 14
