ODIHR has supported NGOs in carrying out pre-election voter-education activities and “go out and vote” campaigns targeting Roma communities in Albania, the Czech Republic and Moldova. ODIHR also supported this activity by one NGO in Kosovo. The campaigns included the distribution of posters and flyers explaining voting procedures, organizing community meetings and roundtables, and producing videos to encourage Roma to vote.
