ANNUAL REPORT OF NPM 2019 _______________________________________________________________________________________ The NPM, in the framework of the practical training, and under observation of the Council of Europe experts, visited Correctional Centre for Women and Juveniles in Lipjan. The training on the topic “Visits to detention centres for foreigners” was also a training that combined both the theoretical and the practical part. In the framework of the practical part of the training, the NPM, under the supervision of Council of Europe experts, visited the Detention Centre for Foreigners, Centre for Asylum Seekers and Border Crossing Point at the Prishtina International Airport “Adem Jashari”.
