All cases were concluded without criticism. 48 cases about suicide attempts, deaths, etc. at Danish Prison Service institutions. Criticism was expressed in 1 case. In regard to monitoring visits to institutions for children, the Ombudsman also concluded: 10 cases, taken up by the Ombudsman on his own initiative, related to monitoring activities. Criticism was expressed in 5 cases.
