On 24 October 2019, the meeting with the Director of the Prison Department took place at EVERYONE COUNTS 13 the Seimas Ombudsmen’s Office. In the meeting, the specifics of complaints received by the Seimas Ombudsmen’s Office from the convicted and the need to pay more attention to improving the qualifications of officials were considered. In addition, the employment problems of the convicted were discussed.
