Presence in Albania Introduction During 2019, the OSCE Presence in Albania (the Presence) focused its police-related activities on three key-areas: i) a stronger commitment towards investigation of serious and organized crime through financial intelligence, police-prosecutors co-operation and support to Joint Investigation Teams (JITs); ii) tackling transnational threats; and iii) intensifying national and regional law enforcement co-operation, including cross-border information exchanges, risk analysis and attention to migration issues. The Presence continued to promote a citizen and community perspective against crime and insecurity.
