CAT/C/BFA/CO/2 32. The Committee requests the State party to submit its next periodic report, which will be its third, by 6 December 2023 at the latest. To that end, it invites the State party to agree, by 6 December 2020, to use the simplified reporting procedure, whereby the Committee sends the State party a list of issues prior to submission of its periodic report.
