CAT/OP/KGZ/2 93. The Subcommittee recommends that, in accordance with article 12 (d) of the Optional Protocol, the national preventive mechanism of Kyrgyzstan enter into dialogue with the Subcommittee on the implementation of the Subcommittee’s recommendations, and that it do so within six months of receipt of the present report. The Subcommittee also recommends that the mechanism initiate discussions with the Subcommittee on the arrangements for such a dialogue at the time of the submission of its reply to the present report. 94. The Subcommittee recommends that the national preventive mechanism make the present report public, and requests that the Subcommittee be notified of the mechanism’s decision in this regard. 16
