Moreover, at some institutions the toilet cubicles have no doors, in violation of p.7.5 of the State Sanitary Rules and Standards 5.5.2.008-01 “Arrangements for operation of institutions of general education and organization of learning and educational process” as per which in girls’ toilets one cubicle is to be with a door and lock;
