CAT/C/BDI/CO/2 29. The State party is invited to submit its third periodic report by 28 November 2018. To this end, the Committee invites the State party to agree, by 28 November 2015, to use its optional reporting procedure, whereby the Committee transmits a list of issues to the State party prior to the submission of its periodic report. The State party’s response to this list of issues will then constitute the next periodic report to be submitted under article 19 of the Convention. GE.14-24205 9
