Accordi~~ly, at its 82nd meetinq, on 26 April 1991, the Committee decided to add the consolidated quid.lines for the initial part of State party reports to its general guidelines regarding tbe form and contents of initial reports to b. submitted by Stat.s partie9 under article 19, paragraph 1, of the Convention and to make the neceslary adaptations of itl qeneral quidelinel.
