CAT/C/COL/CO/5 Other matters 29. The Committee recommends that the State party consider the possibility of making the declarations provided for in articles 21 and 22 of the Convention. 30. The State party is requested to ensure that its report to the Committee and these concluding observations are widely disseminated in the appropriate languages through official websites, the media and non-governmental organizations. 31. The State party is invited to submit its sixth periodic report by 15 May 2019 at the latest. To that end, the Committee will transmit a list of issues prior to reporting to the State party in due course. 10 GE.15-08413
