CAT/C/GEO/CO/3 page 6 encourages the State party to discuss the conclusions and recommendations broadly, including with the Offices of the Ombudsman and non-governmental organizations, in particular those that submitted information to the State party and participated in the preparation of the report. 23. The Committee requests that the State party provide, within one year, information on its response to the Committee’s recommendations contained in paragraphs 9, 13, 16, 17 and 19, above. 24. The State party is invited to submit its next periodic report, which will be considered as its fifth report, by 24 November 2011. -----
