91 - November 8, 2019, presentation of the conclusions of the Special Report on the outcome of investigations related to prescribing psychotropic substances to children in residential centers; - November 19, 2019, organized by the People's Advocate and the Save the Children Organization, in which the Special Report on respecting the rights of the child in Romania was launched. The communication and relations of the territorial offices with the media have experienced a significant increase. Thus, in 2019, 422 articles were published in the local press, regarding the activity of territorial offices, and their representatives participated in 168 radio and television programs.
