CAT/C/TKM/CO/2 46. The State party is invited to submit its next periodic report, which will be its third, by 7 December 2020. For that purpose, the Committee invites the State party to accept, by 7 December 2017, the simplified reporting procedure consisting in the transmittal, by the Committee to the State party, of a list of issues prior to the submission of the report. The State party’s replies to that list of issues will constitute its third periodic report under article 19 of the Convention. 13
