In addition, the Committee requests follow-up information on secret detention centres and reducing overcrowding in prisons, as contained in paragraphs 11 and 19 (a) and (b) of the present concluding observations. 30. The Committee invites the State party to present the next report, which will be its second periodic report, by 1 June 2016. To that effect, the Committee invites the State party to accept, by 1 June 2013, to report under the optional reporting procedure, which consists in the transmittal by the Committee to the State party of a list of issues prior to the submission of its report. The State party's response to this list of issues will constitute, under article 19 of the Convention, its next periodic report. 9
