The Committee encourages the State party to consider ratifying the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, to which it is not yet a party. 42. The Committee encourages the State party to disseminate widely the report submitted to the Committee and these concluding observations, in the appropriate languages, through official websites, the media and NGOs. 43. The Committee encourages the State party to submit its next periodic report, which will be its eighth, by 13 May 2020. As the State party stated during the review that gave rise to these recommendations that it had accepted the simplified reporting procedure, the Committee will in due course transmit to the State party a list of issues prior to reporting, in accordance with that procedure.
