In order to better understand the commonalities and differences throughout all situations of deprivation of children covered in this Global Study, a red thread was spun examining the following cross-cutting areas into depth: • Legal framework • Views and perspectives of children • Impacts on health • Children with disabilities • Gender dimension 3.
