10 Trial Monitoring: A Reference Manual for Practitioners The breadth and quality of this revised manual is due in large part to the contribution of an advisory board created in 2009. The board includes representatives of nine OSCE field operations3 that have been involved in trial monitoring.4 The board’s work has greatly assisted ODIHR with the development of its trial-monitoring portfolio.
