The 2018-2021 OMP provides a solid framework for this Initiative and the entire Plan contributes to the achievement of the SDGs. All six ‘pillars’ - support for the international human rights mechanisms; mainstreaming of human rights within development and peace and security efforts; and advancement of the core human rights principles of non-discrimination, accountability and participation - encompass all sets of rights. Finally, prevention is identified as a ‘shift’ in our approach across the six pillars that will enable us to better adapt our work to the changing external context. headquarters entities are available in the online part of the report.
