The Seimas Ombudsmen’s Office prepared and,
on 21 October 2019, submitted to the the Seimas
Committee on Legal Affairs and Committee on
Human Rights the position on the Draft Law No
XIIIP-3868 Amending the Penal Enforcement
Code of the Republic of Lithuania Law and the
Draft Law No XIIIP-3870 Amending the Law of
the Republic of Lithuania on the enforcement
of arrest.
