We inspected the main unit, the residential group in Šempetrska cesta in Kranj, and the Černava residential group in Preddvor. We inspected documents and spoke to several adolescents and staff. During the visit, the representatives of the NPM got the impression that living conditions were appropriate, the implementation of activities exemplary, and that the institution has accepted and implemented all the recommendations made during the last visit on 29 September 2015.33 During the visit, 25 new recommendations were made.
