4.8 Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine Gender-Based Violence During 2019, the PCU assisted the capacity-building of police officers by delivering ten training workshops across the territory to 240 emergency call operators on how to respond to calls from domestic violence victims. The PCU also established and renovated two training rooms on responding to domestic violence at the Odessa and Lviv Universities of Interior. Both facilities will be used for scenario-based training exercises to improve the skills of future police officers.
