35 COMMENTS BY GOVERNMENT OF MALI In its comments on the report, the Ministry of Justice stated that: (i) presidential pardon had been granted to the three women prisoners in Mopti, who were mentioned in the report; (ii) the Director and guards at Mopti prison have been changed. The last have also been trained to treat prisoners humanely.
