the author’s guilt has been established not just by his confession, but also by other evidence,
including witness testimonies of his father and neighbour, and the results of the autopsy.
Therefore, and in the absence of other evidence in support of his allegations, the Committee
concludes that the author has failed to sufficiently substantiate his claim of ill-treatment and
forced confession, for the purposes of admissibility, and therefore declares these claims
inadmissible under article 2 of the Optional Protocol.

The Committee therefore decides:
(a)
Protocol;
That the communication is inadmissible under articles 2 and 3 of the Optional
(b)
That the present decision shall be communicated to the State party and to the
author.
