8.11 On the basis of all the information submitted, the Committee is of the view that the
complainants have not provided sufficient evidence that would allow it to consider that they face
a foreseeable, real and personal risk of being tortured if they are expelled to their country of
origin.

The Committee against Torture, acting under article 22, paragraph 7, of the Convention
against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, therefore
concludes that the return of the complainants to Mexico would not constitute a breach of article 3
of the Convention by the State party.
